Formerly, Erin was an early scientist at BetterUp, where she built and led cross-functional teams across R&D, client success, and marketing, helping scale the company to a $4 billion valuation. A former professor who led a prolific research lab on the intersection between work and human thriving, Erin is a scientist at heart.
